Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at ecommerce@dubailist.com so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by applicable law:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Skincare, beauty, and personal care products

  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Clearance & Sold As Is Items

Products marked as "Sold As Is" or included in our Clearance collection are sold under special conditions and are considered final sale items.

These products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Overstock inventory

  • Discontinued products

  • Open-box items

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

  • Display or showroom items

  • Customer returns approved for resale

  • New products offered under special clearance conditions

All Sold As Is products are clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

Unless required by applicable law, products marked as Sold As Is are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

However, this restriction does not apply if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect that was not disclosed.

By purchasing a Sold As Is item, you acknowledge and accept that the product is excluded from Dubailist.com's standard 14-day return policy.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed using one of the following methods, depending on the original payment method and available options.

Orders Paid by Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds for COD orders may be issued through one of the following methods:

1. Dubailist Store Credit

The approved refund amount may be credited to your Dubailist account for future purchases.

Estimated processing time: 1–2 business days.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers may be requested to provide valid bank account details.

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the provided bank account.

Estimated processing time: 3–5 business days.

3. Cash Refund

Where available, a Dubailist representative may arrange a cash refund.

Estimated processing time: 7–10 business days.

4. Digital Wallet Refund

Where applicable, refunds may be processed to an approved digital wallet or supported payment method.

Estimated processing time: 1–2 business days.

General Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees, delivery charges, and service fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

  • Dubailist reserves the right to reject a return or refund request if the item does not meet the requirements of this policy.

  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and operational requirements.
